We offer nice rooms for rent in our 4 bedroom fully furnished house. We are located in the safe residential neighborhood of Los Colegios, in Moravia. Just 15-20min. from downtown San Jose and San Pedro (both bus stops are right across the street from us). We are also just 5min. away from our local farmer`s market where you can buy fresh fruit and veggies every Saturday!. Also, there is a nice little park across the street from the house.

We will have the following rooms available:
1) AVAILABLE JUNE 27TH- $250 per month: Furnished with a single sized bed, a coffee table, reading lamp, a small bookcase, a dresser, a desk, a TV and a very spacious closet. This room has nice big windows, wooden floors and a shared bathroom.

2) AVAILABLE AUGUST 20th- $250 per month: Furnished with a single sized bed, a coffee table, a reading lamp, a TV, a dresser, and a closet. It is the smallest room we offer but the most sought after due to it`s own private bathroom.

Monthly rent includes: wireless internet, cable TV, the electric and water bill, cleaning service, use of the washer and dryer, and access to the rest of the house (fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry room, tropical patio and garden). You can also feel free to use our DVD player, and DVD and book collection as well.

We are within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, parks, pharmacies, etc. Also, there is a nice little park right across the street.
